Chill people. Everyone has to go through these Fat-and-Ugly phases. And it usually doesn’t last that long. I’ve been through these phases a billion times and every time, i had managed to have gotten back proper sleep again, enough rest again, balanced meals again, and i’ve lost and gained weight like on and off.
But it the meantime, i’m fat and ugly and i think, i kinda enjoy it. Hahaha.
